10 Day Kenyan Spirit Safari. This tour will take you to the most famous national parks in Kenya. A visit to Lake Nakuru National Park will be a nice experience for the bird lovers. Maasai Mara has the highest concentration of animals in Kenya. The beautiful Mount Kilimanjaro makes Amboseli National Park a must visit. Lastly, the Voyager and Lumo sanctuaries offer unique attractions in their own right.

Here’s what you can expect from each destination:

Maasai Mara National Reserve:
  • Key Attraction: The Great Wildebeest Migration is the most famous event in Maasai Mara. Witnessing the vast herds of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles crossing the Mara River is a breathtaking experience.
  • Wildlife: Maasai Mara is home to the “Big Five” and offers excellent opportunities to spot lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos, and rhinos. It also boasts an impressive diversity of other wildlife, including cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, and various antelope species.
  • Maasai Culture: Interact with the Maasai people and learn about their traditional way of life and unique customs.
Lake Nakuru National Park:

Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary (Taita Hills WS) 
  • A protected area located in the Taita-Taveta County of southeastern Kenya. It is part of the larger Tsavo ecosystem and covers an area of about 28,000 hectares (70,000 acres). The sanctuary is situated within the Taita Hills, a range of ancient hills rising from the East African coastal plains.
  • Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary is known for its diverse wildlife and unique landscapes. The sanctuary is home to a variety of animal species, including elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and numerous bird species. It serves as an important habitat for both native and migratory wildlife.

Detailed guide

Day 1: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru

You will be picked up from the airport or a hotel in Nairobi and then participate in a briefing before beginning your safari. The first highlight of our tour will be Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is the most well-known lake in the Rift Valley.

It is famous for its flamingos and is one of the natural wonders of the world. At any given moment there may be up to two million flamingos at the lake, which form a beautiful pink ribbon around the shore. In addition to seeing this amazing scenery, 10Day Kenyan Spirit Safari. we also have a good chance of seeing rhinos and leopards. Our lodge also features a magnificent view over the lake.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara

After an early breakfast, move to Lake Nakuru, and then drive to Maasai Mara. This is considered one of the largest and most beautiful protected areas in Kenya. After on-site lunch, we will go on our first game drive through the reserve. You have a good chance to tracking down the Big Five (elephant, buffalo, lion, rhino, and leopard).

Day 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve

Afterward breakfast, 10Day Kenyan Spirit Safari. we will embark on a full day game drive in the Maasai Mara. This reserve is famous for its savannah landscape and its wildlife. You have good prospects of finding all those fascinating animals that can usually only be seen in nature documentaries.

We will have a picnic at the Mara River, which borders the Serengeti. This river is part of the Maasai Mara-Serengeti ecosystem, which is known for hosting the largest wildlife migration on earth. Every year, huge trains of animals cross the brown, foaming river full of crocodiles.

Day 4: Maasai Mara – Lake Naivasha

Afterward breakfast ,we will make our way to Lake Naivasha, which is the highest and most beautiful lake in the Rift Valley. Upon arrival, we will check-in and have lunch before taking a boat tour on the lake. We will enjoy beautiful views of the lake and the local birds. while, dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Lake Naivasha Country Club.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Amboseli

Afterward breakfast, 10Day Kenyan Spirit Safari. we will drive to Amboseli National Park, arriving at the Kibo Safari Camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon you are free to relax at the pool or watch the animals at the local waterhole. In the evening you will go on a guided tour (led by some of the local Maasai men) of the nearby Maasai villages. This tour will give you a glimpse into their way of life and daily activities. while, dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 6: Amboseli National Park

Meanwhile,10Day Kenyan Spirit Safari. you will spend a full day on a game drive in Amboseli National Park. Furthermore, this is the best place to observe elephants up close. In addition to, from within the park you can enjoy stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, which makes for a beautiful background in photos!

Furthermore, look out for zebras, wildebeest, Thompson’s gazelles, Grant gazelles, buffalos, and waterbucks, hippos, lions, cheetahs, jackals, as well as hyenas. When we reach observation Hill, we will have a magnificent view over the swamp and savannah landscape of the whole park and eat a picnic lunch. We will continue game viewing until the sun goes down and then return to the Kibo camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 7: Amboseli – Voyager Ziwani

Furthermore, today we will drive to Voyager Ziwani Wildlife Sanctuary, 10Day Kenyan Spirit Safari. which has walking routes that will give you the feeling of being close to the wild. You will arrive at the camp in time for lunch and then have a short rest before going on an evening walking safari in the sanctuary.

Meanwhile, your guide will help you discover different species of birds, plants, and animals. In the evening we will go on a driving safari so we can locate some of the nocturnal animals that are rarely seen during the day. while, dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Main Destination: Tsavo West National Park

Day 8: Ziwani – Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary

You will go on an early game drive before breakfast and then return to the camp to eat before making your way to the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. You will enjoy a game drive en route as we make our way to the Salt Lick Safari Lodge.

After eating lunch at the lodge you will enjoy an afternoon break before going on an evening game drive through the savannah grasslands. We will come across giraffes, elephants, baboons, and other species of animals. while, dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Main Destination: Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary (Wildlife Sanctuary)

Day 9: Taita Hills – Tsavo East National Park

After an early morning game drive at the sanctuary, you will eat breakfast and then make your way to Tsavo East National Park, home of the “red elephants.” Upon entering the park you will game drive en route to the lodge,10Day Kenyan Spirit Safari. where you will arrive in time for lunch. After eating, you will have some time to relax before going on an afternoon game drive. while, dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Ashnil Aruba Lodge.

Main Destination : Tsavo East National Park

Day 10: Tsavo East – Mombasa

We will go on an early morning game drive and explore Tsavo East further before returning to the lodge for breakfast. After eating you will enjoy another game drive on your way out of the park. However, you will eat lunch at a restaurant outside the park. Later you we will drive to the coast, where you will be dropped off at the Mombasa Airport for your flight home or your hotel for the beginning of your beach holiday.
