7 Day Big five wildlife safari Uganda
This 7 Day Big five wildlife safari will give you conjoined experience in Murchison Falls NP and Kidepo Valley NP. The main activity is wildlife viewing plus some bit of birding and culture. On your arrival in Entebbe, you will be welcomed and picked up by our skilled and experienced guides and transfer to Gulu. You will get a chance to visit the Zziwa rhino sanctuary. The following day of your safari you will drive to Kidepo Valley National Park from where you will visit the Narus valley, Kidepo valley, hot springs as well spot wildlife in the park. On day 5 of your safari, you will drive to Murchison Falls National Park; you will enjoy hiking the falls, game drive, launch cruise on the falls, Spot big five and other wildlife. The last day of your safari which is day 7, you will drive back to Entebbe from where you will connect to your home flight.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1; Arrival and pick up from Entebbe Airport and transfer Gulu
On arriving, you will be welcomed and picked up by our experienced driver, he will brief you on how the course of your will be. You will begin your journey to Gulu town in Northern Uganda; this is an interesting drive on a smooth road and there are a number of optional activities en-route notable among them being a visit to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary. Have lunch en-route and proceed to Gulu arriving in the evening.

Day 2; Gulu to Kidepo Valley National park
Breakfast will be served early on the second day of your safari before you embark on your journey to Kidepo Valley National park. This is a 3 to 4 hours’ drive with eye catching sites along the way including Small grass thatched house and scenic views of hills which separate the lands of Acholi and Karamoja.
You will cross some season rivers and arrive Kidepo Valley NP well in time for lunch and evening game drive in the Narus Valley

Day 3; Game drive in the Narus Valley
We shall do a game drive on the Day 3 of your Safari. Wakeup to energizing breakfast amid tranquil nature and head out for a game drive in the Narus Valley. Then valley is popular for mammals such as elephant, giraffe, antelopes, buffaloes, zebras and birds. The valley is home to the only permanent source of water. Narus River and thus convergence place for a lot of game.

Day 4; Game drive in the Narus Valley and hot springs visit in Kidepo valley
After your breakfast, you will visit Narus valley for another game drive. The park has great observation with binoculars and you will have happy to use them when you can never have enough of game drive in this park! Return to the lodge for lunch and unwind a bit before embarking on drive to Kidepo valley close to south Sudan boarder to visit the hot springs and you can encounter Ostriches within the region.

Day 5; Transfer to Murchison Falls National park
ON this Day we shall have breakfast and then drive depart from Kidepo National park to Murchison Falls National park entering the park with an en-route game drive in the northern sector. You will visit the top of the falls and proceed to your lodge where you will unwind and spend the evening at leisure.

Day 6; Game drive and launch cruise
After your breakfast, you will depart the lodge to catch up the ferry to Paraa and embark on a game drive during which you will encounter a number of animals including the big five. Have lunch and in the noon time embark on the launch cruise to the bottom of the falls. The cruise will enrich you with sights of different birds, giant crocodiles, as well as more wildlife that come to drink here. You can do a hike to the top of the falls and meet your guide there and transfer back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay a above.

Day 7; Transfer back to Entebbe to connect to your home flight
On the last day of your safari, you will have breakfast and transfer back to Entebbe with lunch en-route arriving in the afternoon. You may opt for a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary if you missed that on Day one. Proceed to Entebbe airport for your onward flight.
