Murchison Falls National Park:

Commonly known as the nature wonders of Uganda. This is the starting point of the safari, and it promises exciting wildlife encounters. The combination of a game drive and a boat cruise on the Nile River offers an opportunity to see a wide variety of animals. Such as the iconic African Big Five (lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceros).  Meanwhile, the Murchison Falls is where the Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge and plummets into the Devil’s Cauldron, is a stunning natural spectacle.

 Zziwa Rhino Sanctuary.

The sanctuary is situated approximately 176 kilometers (109 miles) north of the capital city, Kampala, and covers an area of about 7,000 hectares (17,300 acres). It provides a safe and secure environment for the rhinos to thrive and reproduce, as well as promoting education and awareness about rhino conservation.

Kibale Forest National Park:

Specifically known for its remarkable chimpanzee population, Kibale Forest allows visitors to go chimpanzee tracking and observe these primates in their natural habitat. It’s an enriching experience to learn about the behavior of these intelligent creatures and witness their interactions. However you will engage in more exciting activities like the Bigodi wetland swamp walk. The Bigodi Swamp Walk is a fascinating eco-tourism activity located near Kibale Forest National Park in Uganda.  Furthermore, it is a community-based initiative that offers visitors a chance to explore the unique wetland ecosystem of Bigodi and encounter its diverse flora and fauna.

Semuliki National Park.

Located in western Uganda, is a captivating destination known for its unique hot springs experience. The park’s hot springs are one of its main attractions, drawing travelers with their fascinating geological formations and cultural significance.

Queen Elizabeth National Park:

This park offers a game drive and a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, where visitors can spot a wide array of wildlife and bird species. The diverse landscape for instance crater lakes and the Rwenzori Mountains, adds to the allure of this park.

The Ishasha Sector.

specifically renowned for its population of tree-climbing lions, which is a rare behavior observed in only a few places in the world. These lions are known to rest and perch in the branches of fig trees, providing a remarkable sight for visitors.  However, it is believed that they climb the trees to escape from the heat on the ground and to get a better vantage point for spotting prey. Detailed itinerary:

Day 1:Arrival Entebbe-Kampala:

You will be met by a professional guide from Bonobos African Safari Holidays , who will warmly welcome you to Uganda “the Pearl of Africa”. As well as, the hospitable country full of pleasurable moments. Once done exchanging greetings, you will be transferred to your accommodation.

Day 2: Kampala -Murchison Fall National Park

After an early morning breakfast,9 Day Uganda Chimpanzee Tracking you will be picked up by your safari guide and embark on your safari adventure full of adventurous and beautiful scenes. Meanwhile, you will head northwards to Murchison falls National Park. You will then have a stopover in Nakasongola at Zziwa Rhinos sanctuary for most importantly Rhino tracking. Lunch break will be in Masindi then proceed to the Park.

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise To The Bottom Of The Fall

After morning breakfast, 9 Day Uganda Chimpanzee Tracking you will then start the day with an interesting game drive in the northern bank of the Nile.  In fact, there is  high chances of seeing elephants, lions, giraffes, hartebeest and diverse bird species. Afterwards, return to the lodge for lunch, then  go for thrilling boat cruise in the afternoon as part of your safari.

Transfer to Kibale forest national park that is known for the greatest variety of Chimpanzees. In fact,  you will go through the Green country side. The lunch break will be in Hoima then proceed arriving early evening.

Day 5: Chimpanzee Tracking And Bigodi Swamp Walk

Have breakfast at the lodge before going for chimpanzee tracking.  Simply, the forest is known  for having the greatest number of chimpanzees in the country and East Africa as a whole. While tracking these seasoned chimpanzees,9 Day Uganda Chimpanzee Tracking you will be able to see them feed, jump in the trees, and teach each other. In the same way, you will be transferred to Bigodi swamp well-known for its special bird types. During the walk, you will also talk with the local people as they go about their daily way of life.

Day 6: Transfer To Semiliki National Park

In addition, proceed to Semiliki National Park which is well known for it’s Ssempaya hot springs and pygmies’ society. As you pass through the hilly view, you will be blown away by the scenic beauty.

Day 7: Kibale National Park -Queen Elizabeth National Park

Move to Queen Elizabeth National park , following the ranges of the snowcapped Mountain Rwenzori. For instance, you will have a stopover for specifically to take some pictures on the Equator in Kasese area. You will then proceed to the park.  Furthermore, along the way on  9 Day Uganda Chimpanzee Tracking you will spot variety of wildlife like the Elephants, Uganda Kobs, Buffaloes, Warthogs, bush bucks among others.
Similarly, After lunch, you will enjoy the boat cruise on the Kazinga means that joins Lake Edward and Lake George.

Day 8: Game Drive And Transfer To The Ishasha Sector

Eventually, rise up and go for an early morning game drive in Kasenyi area. During the game drive you may have a chance to spot elephants, buffaloes, lions and other animals in their natural homes. Day 9: Ishasha Sector -Entebbe

Firstly, searching for the tree climbing lions, is the main adventure of this day. Then with the help of your safari guide you may spot the tree climbing lions alongside other wildlife. Later,9 Day Uganda Chimpanzee Tracking move to Entebbe have a pause at the Uganda Equator. While, here you will be able to stand in both the Northern and Southern hemisphere at the same time.  You will also watch water swirl in different directions. You will then be dropped in time to catch the flight back home.
