13 Day Uganda Gorilla Trekking, Tanzania wildlife and Zanzibar beach experience
The 13 day Uganda gorilla trekking Tanzania wildlife and Zanzibar beach experience will unleash fascinating beauty of East Africa, hidden wildlife species in their Natural among others in the different National parks of Uganda and Tanzania. This safari will start with a drive to Kibale forest National Park for chimp habituation and Bigodi swamp Then you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park for gorilla habituation then transfer back to Entebbe and fly to Arusha (Tanzania) .
Here you will have your dinner and overnight at Runako Lodge and relax off the fatigue. In the morning after breakfast we will transfer to Serengeti National park via Ngorongoro conservation area with en route game drive as you go. Arrive to Serengeti and have full day game drive in a park with wildebeest . The following day we will travel to Ngorongoro crater Game Drive and Maasai people visit.
On day 9, you will transfer to Arusha and fly to Zanzibar with Evening relaxation and the following day you will have a full day exploring Zanzibar; Dolphin Tour, Snorkeling at Mnemba Island reef, Mnemba Sandbank and Spice Tour. You will also have full tour to Prison Island and Stone town. Finally you will head Jozani National Park Tour and a mangrove boardwalk, Transfer to Jambiani Beach (South East Coast of Zanzibar) from where you will be picked by our experienced driver on your last day from your hotel to Zanzibar Airport and connect to your home flight.

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park for chimpanzee trekking in Kibale forest.
Your driver guide will pick you up at the airport or hotel and transfer you to your lodge.
As you drive through the countryside, enjoy the remarkable landscapes, traditional homes and catch glimpses of the different striking bird species. Have a stopover for lunch in Fort portal town – the tourism capital of Uganda because of the beautiful landscapes and attractions. You will arrive at your lodging for the night in the Crater lakes region.

Day 2: chimpanzee habituation in Kibale forest and bigodi village
After breakfast, your driver will take you to the park offices for briefing about your Chimpanzee trekking in kibale forest, will then hand in your details and permits for registration and allocation of chimpanzee community to habituation
You will then be allocated to a chimpanzee community and your ranger guide will lead you on the trek in search of this great ape. Watch the chimpanzees in their natural habitat, as they swing from the branches in the canopy high above the forest floor, feed, play and rest.
In the afternoon, explore the Bigodi village. You have opportunity to visit a swamp with abundant butterflies, plants, animals and spectacular birds like Great Blue Turaco and will be of great interest to birders. After this experience you will take a village walk that will lead you to the Coffee experience, banana bear making, busked making and traditional healer.

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park with a Stopover for Tree Climbing Lions. Ishasha – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
After breakfast at 8:00 am, transfer to Ishasha the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park in search of tree-climbing lions. It is approximately an hour’s drive from Mweya to Ishasha Gate.
At 10:00 am, lions begin climbing fig trees as they seek shelter in the tree branches from the scorching sunshine and relax after a night and morning feast on the antelopes.
At 1:00 o’clock, transfer to Savannah Hotel for a hot lunch and later proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for an evening Batwa (Pygmies) community walk.

Day 4: Gorilla Habituation and Batwa Community Dance Encounter.
Wake up very early in the morning for your breakfast and then hike to the park headquarters, which is a few meters from your lodge for a briefing by the park ranger before commencing the gorilla trek at 8:30 am. Gorilla Habituation is a strenuous exercise but is ranked the most rewarding wildlife experience. With this exercise you will be allowed enough time about 4 -6 hours with the Gorillas depending from the time you have sited them, since they are in a natural habitat, they keep moving from place to place. You can take pictures but without a flash light or directly to a gorilla.

Day 6: Drive to Serengeti National Park
Drive to Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro conservation area with en route game drive as you go, arrive for the afternoon game drive in Serengeti then proceed with game drive till evening

Day 7: Fully Day Game Drive In The Park With Wildebeest Migration.
Today, the game drive will start during sunrises. After a simple breakfast (a cup of coffee and snacks), the morning game drive will start at around 6:00 am where by at this time Serengeti plains is more active and great time to spot a lot of animals and birds.
At this time, animals and birds are awakenings, predators on hunt for prey, and are herbivorous feeding on grass. This becomes a great time to spot many animals and observe the real adventure such as animal hunting and to take best pictures for good memories.
After the morning game drive, you will drive back to the lodge(or picnic site) for a full breakfast then proceed with an afternoon game drive (including the lunch) till evening. In the evening, you will be transferred to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 8: Travel to Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive and Massai People Visit.
Have an early breakfast, then you we will pick up our lunch boxes before departure for a game drive in the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater. For many, this wildlife spectacle is the pinnacle of their safari experience.
The Ngorongoro Crater is home to all of the ‘Big Five’, including a small population of endangered black rhino.
After a picnic lunch, we will proceed out of the crater rim with a game drive and then visit masai people

On the second day, you can have an early breakfast at your hotel. Our driver will arrive at the Hotel reception and we go to Matemwe beach to take a boat and go for a Dolphin Tour. The probability of seeing dolphins is 90%, and mostly you will see more than 100’s of them so close to you. You can swim next to them.
After the dolphin tour, we will go to the Mnemba Island reef where you will spot different species of fish, beautiful corals and much more. It is an artificial aquarium.
There will be plenty of fruits (Bananas, Pineapples, Watermelon, Oranges, Coconut, Mangoes, etc), Bottle of water, and Soda (Coke, Fanta, Sprite, etc) inside the boat.
Also there is a Sandbank near Mnemba Island, we will go there and relax and swim. The water at the Sandbank is so clean and more calm, it is like a natural swimming pool.
Stop at; Tangawizi Spice Farm, Kianga – Dole Near Dole Mosque, Stone Town, Zanzibar City 5301101 Tanzania
After the Mnemba Island tour, we will go to the Spice Farm, where you will able to see different spices and plantations in the natural form. You will taste, smell and try different spices. You will also get a chance to watch a local climbing a coconut tree while singing a local song ‘Jambo Bwana’.

Day 11: Full day Private tour to Prison Island and Stone Town

After your breakfast at your hotel, our guide will pick you from your hotel to Prison Island and Stone Town for a tour.
Where you will take a boat with our guide from Stone Town to Prison Island. Once you arrive at Prison Island, our guide will take you around the Island, where you will learn the Island history and will see Aldabra Giant Tortoise (so rare in the world), Dik-diks, Peakcoacks, Prison ruins, Quarantine Station among others..

Once you return from Prison Island, A guide will take you for a Stone Town walking tour where you will explore all popular landmarks in Stone Town; House of Wonders, Anglican Cathedral, Forodhani Park, Old Fort, Hamamni Persian Baths, Darajani Market, etc. and in the evening you will enjoy the best sunset view from the rooftop restaurant.

Day 12: Jozani National Park Tour and a mangrove boardwalk, Transfer to Jambiani Beach (South East Coast of Zanzibar)

After having your breakfast, our professional guide will take you to the Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park.
Once arrive at Jozani, a guide will take you around the Jozani National Park which is well known for rare Red colobus Monkeys. Also other species of fauna found in the park are the Sykes monkey, bushbabies, more than 50 species of butterfly, and 40 species of birds.
Also at Jozani Park you will be able to see different plantations that are used for making furniture, medicines, etc.
Then our guide will take you for a mangroves broad walk where you will be able to see and learn about mangroves, how they can protect our ocean among others.
