3Day Murchison Safari Murchison Falls is my favorite national park in Uganda as animals are concentrated on small area around Nile Delta in the north bank of the river Nile. The park also hosts the highest percent of the Rothschild giraffes in the whole world and the home of the most powerful water fall in the whole world.

Murchison Falls National Park. Commonly known as the nature wonders of Uganda. This is the starting point of the safari, and it promises exciting wildlife encounters. The combination of a game drive and a boat cruise on the Nile River offers an opportunity to see a wide variety of animals. Such as the iconic African Big Five (lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceros).  Meanwhile, the Murchison Falls is where the Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge and plummets into the Devil’s Cauldron, is a stunning natural spectacle.

Day 1: move to Murchison falls

Meanwhile, our safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Kampala and you depart by road for Zziwa Rhino home in Nakasongola through the Kampala– Gulu road, a smooth paved road. You will arrive the Zziwa Rhino home on time for your Rhino walking enjoy an afternoon guided trek to Zziwa Rhino home giving you a rare chance to see the Rhinos not from a vehicle but from up close and on foot, you have some great and unusual photo chances here as you meet the White Rhinos of Zziwa.

Furthermore, this Rhino home is more like the foundation of the restoration of the Rhino folk in Uganda. However,3Day Murchison Safari by the end of 1982, rhinos were pretty much extinct in Uganda. But they had been endlessly poached and killed. Zziwa Rhino home is not a zoo but where the Rhinos can move around in safety. Later you will continue and drive to Murchison Falls National Park to check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day 2: Game drives and boat cruise

meanwhile, you will have breakfast and then set out for the game drive in the Park. The early start offers a better chance to find elusive predators such as Lions, Hyenas and leopard because they are still out actively hunting. Enjoy the game trails towards Lake Albert delta which is concentrated with big game such as the Elephants, Buffaloes, Giraffes, and Antelope, Enjoy the beautiful savannah view that is immersed with plenty of life and wonderful scenery.

however, the game drive lasts for 4 hours,3Day Murchison Safari you will have a picnic lunch and after lunch set out for a boat cruise to the base of the fall. in addition to, the boat ride offers a lot of game sightings like Crocodile, Hippos and lizards are a common sight throughout the ride.

Big game like Buffaloes, Elephants and Antelopes can also be seen drinking and cooling off the heat by the river banks. lastly, we will come out of the boat and set out for a 45 Minute Hike to the top of the falls thereby accessing great views of the falls at different spots along the trails.
