Day 1:Pick up and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

As the most popular savannah park in Uganda, Queen Elizabeth National Park offers incredible opportunities to spot various lion species, including the impressive tree-climbing lions. Its diverse ecosystem, ranging from expansive savannas to lush forests, sparkling lakes, and fertile wetlands, creates an ideal habitat for classic game viewing, primate encounters, and over 600 bird species.

The journey from Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park typically takes around 8 hours, including a lunch stop. You’ll arrive in the afternoon or evening, allowing you to unwind in comfortable accommodation, savor a delicious dinner, and ensure a restful night’s sleep in preparation for the exciting activities planned for the following day.”

DAY 3:Chimp tracking in the morning and a road trip back to Entebbe airport

“Begin your day with a delicious breakfast before heading to the visitor’s center near the Gorge. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a briefing on the upcoming activities. Equipped with a walking stick and accompanied by experienced guides, you’ll embark on a thrilling journey to the gorge.

Your mission is to descend the 200-meter slope that leads to the river in the valley below. As you explore, keep your eyes peeled for the captivating Chimpanzees. Witness their playful antics, nurturing behaviors, mating rituals, moments of rest, and even occasional scuffles. It’s an extraordinary opportunity to observe these incredible creatures in their natural habitat.

After the chimpanzee encounter, return to the lodge for a satisfying lunch. Check out from the lodge as you prepare for a road trip back to Kampala, with an estimated late evening arrival.”
