Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport to Lake Mburo

Day 2: Morning game drive and then move to your rooms in Bwindi
Enjoy your break first as early as possible then proceed for an exciting morning game drive in the park. Expect to see the gigantic eland antelope, zebras in big numbers, topi, impalas, Buffaloes and other savannah animals. Alternatively, you may choose the morning bush/park walk (at extra cost USD 30 pp.) in the presence of an armed ranger-guide.
You will return to your rooms then check out and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable NP. Bwindi is a big home for mountain gorillas in Uganda (harboring over 300 mountain gorillas – roughly half of the world’s population), including several seasoned groups, which can be trekked.

Day 3: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest
Have break first and move to the rangers’ post. You will receive some briefing on the dos and don’ts during walking. Thereafter, you will enter the Bwindi Forest for your tour. The area offers dramatic steeply forested view and is amazing think but crisscrossed by many animal trails allowing access to tourists.
The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great animals. Once you have located a gorilla group, you will be allowed an hour in their presence. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle but risky giants is unforgettable. Return to the room, check out and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.
Lake Bunyonyi is framed by lush, green-terraced hills that reach a height of (2,200 – 2,478m) but it’s the 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water that make it most magical — you could admire them all day.
